Refunds & Cancellation

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation before 24 hours of scheduled session: Full refund or rescheduling allowed.

2. Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% cancellation charge.

3. No-show without prior notice: No refund.

4. Once psychometric assessment report is generated and shared, refund is not applicable.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days.
